Nice to see him on board. The man knows a trend and how to work it.
Hooray for the animals and the planet, and yes okay human beings (she says laughingly).
What is a Vegan? The dictionary sums it up this way:
veg·an ˈvēɡən/ noun — a person who does not eat or use animal products
That’s it in a nutshell. It’s a no brainer really. Everyone can prove the efficacy of it. Plus it is fun, ever so tasty and kind.
What’s not to like? The fanatics, right? So what? There are fanatics in every movement or societal change. I don’t like them either. They bore me too. Ignore them.
Instead check out the seemingly endless happy, healthy and awesomely talented Vegan chefs, cooks and lifestyle gurus. Then get out there and start experimenting.
Go all out if that is how you typically approach life, or start slowly by making changes a bit along the way. It won’t be long before you will want to do it all.
Don’t care about the animals or the planet or your fellow man? You love to eat good food don’t you? Put down your shotgun and simply do it for the food. It is that fab. Truly.

I am not sure what people think they are losing out on by sticking to a diet full of animal derived products, but the medical profession and Big Pharma are quaking in their boots at the very thought of a Vegan Nation.
You don’t have to pontificate about it to be a Vegan. Just get on with it like it’s normal. Because it is. Perfectly normal.
